Our world has seen immense, unpredictable change these last few years, and my life is no different. For many individuals and organisations, the behaviours, habits, beliefs and practices we have inherited from the past are poorly suited to support our growth and healing in the face of these changes.
The most consistent tone in the symphony of my life to date has been a tendency to question the ways that my behaviours, habits, beliefs and practices orient me towards or away from growth or healing that allows me to live a more fulfilled life, and contribute more of myself to the world. Along the way I have learned many valuable (and sometimes painful) lessons, and explored a range of practices, skills and tools to increasingly orient towards growth.
Growth looks different for each of us. There is no single framework to guide us towards growth in ways that lead to useful outcomes in our personal and professional lives, businesses and communities. As living organisms, there is a pattern to our relationship with the world that - if we can learn to tune into and work with it skilfully - can guide each of our individual actions in ways that give rise to greater health overall.
Now I’m committed to offering my skills, gifts and experiences in a spirit of service, so that together we can help re-orient towards life-affirming relationship with ourselves, each other and the natural world.
If this sounds like a worthwhile journey, let’s find a way to work and walk together.
“ If you're looking to really build a culture of growth and collaboration, this is the way to do it. ”
